TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When the engine is stopped after the completion of trip, it may be necessary to run the electric fan. In rare cases, operation of the electric fan can last up to 11 min. This protects the components. In this case, replacing the electric fan will not remedy the problem!

Precondition
Ignition is switched off
- Release coolant ventilation line (1) from the holders (arrows)
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect
- Loosen screw (1)
- Unlock and detach coolant ventilation line (1)
- Unlock and detach coolant line (2) in marked areas (3)
- Feed out coolant line (2) and place to one side
- Loosen screw (1)
- Unlock the lock (2)
- Press and hold air conditioning condenser (1) carefully in the arrow direction with the help of a support person
- Guide out and remove fan cowl (1) carefully in the arrow direction
- Ensure that fan cowl (1) is routed past coolant pipe (2) of the air conditioning condenser
