Wiring harness section for sensor system 2
Precondition
- Route the wiring harness section (1) and fasten it with the clamps.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the DME control unit.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the integrated supply module (PDM).
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the Valvetronic servomotor.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the rail pressure sensor.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the hot film air mass meter.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the camshaft sensor of the intake camshaft.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the camshaft sensor of the exhaust camshaft.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the front oxygen sensor.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the monitoring oxygen sensor.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector on the high pressure pump.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the heating element on the vent hose.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the electrical controller drive for the wastegate valve.
- Connect and audibly lock the connector of the VANOS solenoid actuator.
- Mount the cable channel on the intake plenum.
- Tighten down screws (3) .

- Mount the tank ventilation line (2) on the intake plenum.
- Tighten down screw (1) .
