Installing the 48 V battery
- Insert the 48 V battery (1) with the battery tray.
- Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Battery tray to body M8 screw tightening torque 19 Nm - Install the cover (2).
The detents (1) must engage audibly.
- Tighten the screws.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Battery tray to body M6 screw tightening torque 8 Nm - Install cover caps (1) by turning.
- Check the seals of the coolant flange for damage, replace if necessary.
- Position the coolant connection.
- Tighten down screw (3).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Coolant flange screw Screw M6x20 tightening torque 8 Nm - Remove disconnection tool (2) from the coolant lines (1).WARNING: Incorrect screw connection of the positive battery cable .
Risk of fire!- Ensure that the positive battery cable is screwed with the correct nut.
- Position battery positive cable (2) on the 48 V battery (3).
- Tighten nut on positive battery cable (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Positive battery cable to 48-V battery Nut M8 tightening torque 19 Nm - Mount positive terminal cover (1)
