When replacing the module bracket on the front door: Remount components

Preliminary work 

• Refer to DEACTIVATING THE 48 V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
• Refer to DISCONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS .
• Refer to REMOVING FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .
• Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT MODULE BRACKET .

Removing airbag sensor from the front door 

• Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
• Turn the airbag sensor (2) on the front door in arrow direction and remove.

Remove the loudspeaker on the front door 

• Loosen screws (1).
• Unlock and disconnect the plug connections (2) and remove the loudspeaker on the front door (3).

• Replace the module bracket on the front door.

Installing the loudspeaker on the front door 

• Connect connectors (2) and lock.
• Position the loudspeaker on the front door (3) and tighten the screws (1).

Installing airbag sensor in the front door 

• Position the airbag sensor (2) on the front door and lock in the arrow direction.
• Connect connectors (1) and lock.
