Adjusting Hood

NOTE: Perform the steps on the left and right side.

Preliminary work

Check

Result

» Gap dimensions do not correspond to the specifications .

Measure

Adjust the hood at the hood hinge.
Slacken the nuts (1) and (2) until the hood can be shifted.
Shift the hood in a longitudinal direction and sideways until the hood has the specified gap dimension.
Install the nuts (1) and (2) and tighten.

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Hood to the hinge
Nut M8	Tightening torque	19 Nm
