Install fan cowl

Remove guard for the cooler fins 

• Remove guard (1).

• Carefully maneuver fan cowl (2) in the arrow direction and install it.
• Ensure that locks (1) engage audibly.

• Secure clamps (3).
• Connect connectors (2) and lock.

  The connector (2) must engage audibly.

• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

  The connector (1) must engage audibly.

• Maneuver and install the auxiliary coolant pump (3) at the exhaust turbocharger (4) in the arrow direction.
• Make sure that the lock (2) snaps in audibly.
• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

  The connector (1) must engage audibly.

• Secure the bracket (2) to the fan cowl (3).
• Secure the clamp (1) on the fan cowl (3).

• Clip in the wiring harness mounting (1).
