Installing the coolant feed line part 2 between the auxiliary coolant pump and exhaust turbocharger

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Collect and dispose of emerging fluids. Observe country-specific waste disposal regulations.

Using the special tool 0 496 714 (00 9 030) , replace the sealing ring (1) on the coolant feed line (2), part 2.
Parts: Sealing ring
Check the sealing ring (3) on the coolant feed line (2) part 2 for damage, replace the coolant feed line (2) part 2 if necessary.

Feed the coolant feed line (1) part 2 into the clamp (2) and position it.

Guide in coolant supply line (3) part 2 and install.

Tighten the screw (1) and (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Coolant feed line part 2 on exhaust turbocharger
M6X12	tightening torque	8 Nm

Feed in coolant feed line (2) part 2 and install.

Tighten the screw (1).

Feed the coolant feed line (1) part 2 into the auxiliary coolant line (2) and install it.
The coolant feed line (1) part 2 must audibly engage with the auxiliary coolant line (2).

Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.

Feed in the cable (4) along the arrows and install.
Connect and lock connectors (1) and (2).
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
Feed in the connector (1) and (2) in arrow direction at the carrier plate (3) and install it.
