Removing module bracket
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to DEACTIVATING VEHICLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .
- Loosen screws (1)

- Unlock the locks (1)
in the direction of the arrow.
- Release vehicle wiring harness from the sound insulation.
- Loosen nut (3) .
- Remove the Bowden cable for the door opener (4) from the sound insulation (2) .
- Unlock and disconnect all associated plug connections.
- Remove the sound insulation (2)
from the door (1)
