Install the end cover on top

• Replace end cover.

  Parts:  End cover

• Check the sealing bead (1) for damage.
• Replace return line (2).

  Parts:  Return line

• Wet the new return line with coolant and install it in the end cover.

• Feed in the end cover with the return line (1) from behind and install it in the coolant pump.
• Return line (1) must be installed correctly in the coolant pump and the end cover.

• Position the end cover (2) on the crankcase.
• Fasten the end cover (2) with the screws (1).
