Installing coolant pipe

• Thread in and install both coolant pipes (1).
• Connect coolant hose on coolant expansion tank for the low-temperature coolant circuit.

• Fasten screws (1) on the coolant line.
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Coolant pipe on coolant chamber end cover
  M6x25	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Connect the coolant hoses.
• Secure hose clips (2) and (3) with special tool 0 495 794 (17 2 050). 
• Attach plug connection (1) to cylinder head 1-6 and lock audibly.

• Feed in and install positive battery cable.
• Secure positive battery cable in the clamps (1).

• Insert and install vacuum line (1).
• Secure vacuum line (1) in the clamps.

• Connect vacuum line (2).

  The detents (1) must audibly lock.
