41 52 080 Removing And Installing Rear Left Or Right Door
NOTE:
Observe procedures for REPAIR STAGE 1 .
IMPORTANT:
Do not damage adjoining body components.
Mask at restrictions.
Removing the door
Open door.
Pull the lock (1) up and disconnect plug connection.
NOTE:
Secure door against closing.
Release screw (2) on door stop.
Tightening torque 51 22 6AZ .
Open door up to limit position.
Release screws (3) between both hinge elements at top and bottom.
Tightening torque 41 52 1AZ .
Unhinge door by moving upwards and placing it on a suitable surface.
Installing the door
The installation takes place in reverse order.
If necessary, adjust DOOR .
