Removing and installing (replacing) power window regulator in left or right front door (M4 Coupe, M4 Convertible)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove SIDE WINDOW .

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Unclip drive cable (2) in area (3).

Raise cover (4) and release nuts underneath.

Tightening torque 51 33 2AZ .

Lift cover (1) and slacken nut (2).

Tightening torque 51 33 2AZ .

Installation note: 

Nut is tightened during adjustment of side window.

Release screw (1).

Release nuts (2 and 3).

Tightening torque 51 33 2AZ .

Feed out power window regulator (4) from door.

Replacement: 

Remount FLAT MOTOR FOR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR .
