Installing the coolant radiator

Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

- Feed in and install the coolant radiator (1) in the arrow direction.
- Tighten screws (1) on the charge air cooler.
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

If installed: Connecting the coolant line
- Connect the coolant line (1) to the coolant radiator (2) and lock.
The coolant line (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect the coolant line (1) to the coolant radiator (2) and lock.
The coolant line (1) must engage audibly.
If installed: Install left and right brake ventilation duct
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Feed the air duct (3) into the holder with guide (4).
- Attach the air duct (3) with the screw (2).
- Tighten down screw (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Mount the expanding rivets (1).
- Connect and lock coolant line (1).
- Make sure that the coolant line (1) engages audibly.
- Connect and lock coolant line (1).

- Connect and lock the coolant ventilation line (2).
- Make sure that the coolant ventilation line (2) engages audibly.
