Installing the front lower strap

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Clean all threaded belt connections with micro-encapsulated outer and internal threads.
Shavings or other debris must not remain in the components.
If a microencapsulated screw is reused, it must be coated with the following screw locking agent: Loctite 243, medium strength .
The screw connection must be completed within 10 minutes as hardening begins after this period.

- Mount lower strap (3) on seat mechanism.
- Replace the screw (2)

.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Lower strap to seat structure M10 screw Replace screw Tightening torque 42 Nm - Mount cable with clip (1) on seat mechanism.
- Feed in cable (1)
from seat mechanism.
- Feed connector (1)
into connector housing (2)
.
Make sure the connector housing engages correctly.
- Secure cable with cable tie (3)
to connector housing (2)
.
