Attaching the universal joint to steering gear
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The universal joint can be mounted only in one position.
The universal joint and the steering gear or the steering shaft are encoded to each other.
The clamping bolt must be positioned in the groove of the steering gear or the steering shaft.

- Clean the screw threads to remove all remnants of screw locking agent.
- Slide the universal joint onto the steering gear.
- Replace the screw (1)

- Tighten down screw (1) .
