Installing the left throttle body

• Replace the gasket (1) on the air duct.

• Pin up connector (1) and lock audibly.

• Insert the throttle body into the charge air pipe.
• Mount the throttle body to the charge air cooler.
• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Throttle body to charge air cooler
  M6x22	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Tighten clamp (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Throttle body to charge air pipe
  cl.	Tightening torque	3.3 Nm

• Tighten down screw (1).

  Throttle valve assembly to cylinder head cover
  M6	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Mount the cable (3) to the throttle body.
• Tighten the screw (1) below the throttle body.

• Connect the tank ventilation line (2) to the air routing.
• Tighten down screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Standard screw connection 4 Nm
  Oval-head screw	Tightening torque	4 Nm

• Connect the vacuum line to the air routing and lock the clamp (3).
• Lock clamp (3).
