23 11 617 Replacing guide sleeve for clutch operator (GS6-45BZ/DZ)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove TRANSMISSION .
Refer to REMOVE clutch operator and release lever from guide tube.

Removal:

Loosen screws (2).

Tightening torque: 23 11 2AZ .

Remove guide tube (1).

Installation note:

Replace screws (1).

Installation:

Remove all traces of label (1) and adhesive from guide tube using suitable solvent.

Install guide tube (1).

Tighten down screws (2).

Tightening torque: 23 11 2AZ .

Parts : Replace screws (2).
