Removing and installing or replacing trim panel for left or right rear roof pillar (C-pillar) (X6 M)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove TRIM FOR ROOF PILLAR AT REAR .

Removal: 

Lever out trim (1) and release screw underneath (2).

Release clip (3).

Raise trim panel (4) and feed out in downward direction.

Installation: 

Feed in trim panel (4) and fasten into clip (3).

Tighten screw (2).

Tightening torque 51 43 2AZ .

Fit trim (1).

Required follow-up work: 

• Mount TRIM PANEL FOR ROOF PILLAR AT REAR .
