13 71 174 Removing both charge air hoses (N63 B40/B44 O 1)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove ACOUSTIC COVER
• Remove INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING 

Remove left charge air hose. 

Release clamp (1).

Tightening torque 13 71 8AZ .

If necessary, unlock and pull off vent hose (2) from clean air pipe.

Release clamp (3).

If necessary, replace clamp.

Pull off left charge air hose from exhaust turbocharger and charge air cooler.

Remove left charge air hose.

Remove charge air hose on right. 

Release clamp (1).

Tightening torque 13 71 8AZ .

Release clamp (2).

Replace clamp (2).

Pull off right charge air hose from exhaust turbocharger and charge air cooler.

Remove charge air hose on right.

Assemble engine.
