11 28... Removing and installing/replacing acoustic cover (PHEV)

WARNING: High-voltage system - danger to life
Compliance with the following points is mandatory before beginning work:

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Removal:

Unlock and detach lock (1).

Release clamp (2) from the acoustic cover.

Lay line (3) to one side.

Unlock coolant line (4) and release.

Release hose clamps (5) and remove coolant hose (6).

Loosen the screws along the arrows.

Thread out acoustic cover (1) and remove.

Installation:

Feed in acoustic cover (1) and install.

Tighten screws along arrows.

Feed in line (3) and install.

Connect lock and lock (1).

Lock (1) must snap audibly into place.

Fasten clamp (2) to the acoustic cover.

Connect coolant line (4) and lock.

Coolant line (4) must audibly engage.

Install coolant hose (6) and attach hose clamps (5).
