51 24 120 Removing and installing/replacing left or right lock for tailgate lower section
Necessary preliminary tasks:
Unhook cable (1 or 2).
- Cable for right-hand lock
- Cable for left-hand lock
Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Unfasten screws (2).
Tightening torque 51 24 2AZ .
Maneuver out lock (3) together with operating cable and electrical lead.
Installation note:
Make sure operating cable is in correct position.
