12 23 000 Checking all glow elements (M57TU/M47TU/M47T2/M57T2)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Read fault memory of DDE control unit

WARNING: Do not operate glow plugs when removed! It is not possible to ensure that heat will dissipate correctly from glow elements! Danger of injury and fire!

IMPORTANT: Do not carry out any current measurements at the quick-start glow plugs (risk of damage) .

Connect diagnosis system and carry out check on glow plugs.

Replace faulty GLOW PLUGS .

Assemble engine.

Check function of DDE.
