• Remove DRIVE BELT 

Removal: 

Prepare the workshop crane 2 220 718.

Prepare special tool 11 0 070.

Prepare standard pliers (1).

Release the deflecting element with the displayed tools.

Attach special tool 11 0 070 to workshop crane.

Attach special tool 11 0 070 to lifting eye.

Operate the workshop crane until the special tool 11 0 070 is correctly positioned.

Loosen screws (1).

Release cover (1) with the displayed pliers (2).

Position special tool 2 467 345 on the screw (1).

Release the screw (1) with the displayed tools.

Loosen the deflecting element (1) in the direction of the arrow.

Guide out and remove the deflecting element (1).

Installation: 

Thread in and position the deflecting element (1).

Hand tighten the deflecting element (1) in the direction of the arrow.

Tighten the screw (1) with the displayed tools.

Tightening torque 11 28 3AZ .

Mount end cover (1).

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 22 11 1AZ .

Operate the workshop crane until the special tool 11 0 070 is eased off.

Detach the special tool 11 0 070 from the lifting eye.
