51 16 383 Removing and installing/replacing damper for glove box

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove RIGHT GLOVE BOX WITH HOUSING 

Removal: 

Loosen the pin (1) from the retaining bracket (2).

Twist judder damper (3) by approx. 90° and remove it.

Installation: 

Insert judder damper (3) and twist by approx. 90°.

Secure damper (3) with pin (1) on retaining bracket (2).
