52 15 061 Replacing both cushions for backrest width adjustment on left or right front seat

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Partially remove FRONT SEAT SIDE AIRBAG
• Remove lumbar support pump. Refer to 52 15 115 REPLACING LUMBAR SUPPORT PUMP (WITH VALVE BLOCK) ON LEFT  or 52 15 117 REPLACING RIGHT LUMBAR SUPPORT PUMP (WITH VALVE BLOCK) .

Release air hose (1) from the backrest frame at clip (2).

Release screws (1).

Remove carrier plate (2) with airbag.

Installation note: 

Insert air cushion without kinks.
