Installing the servomotor for the eccentric shaft

Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions .

- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.
- Replace seal (1).
Parts: Gasket
- Press the seal (1) up to the limit position on the housing.
- Grease the gearing (1) of the servomotor for the eccentric shaft (2) in the marked area.

- Insert the servomotor (1) to the gearing on the cylinder head.
- Turn the drive shaft of the servomotor (1) using a conventional tool (2) in the arrow direction until the servomotor (1) is flush with the cylinder head.
- Tighten down screws (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
