Install the tailgate button

Check

Check the seal (1) on the tailgate button (2) for damage.

Result

» The seal (1) is damaged.

Measure
Replace the tailgate button (2).
Insert the tailgate button (1) in the rear trim from the outside in.
The badge must be aligned correctly.

Attach the retaining ring (1) from the inside and turn it in the direction of the arrow to the stop.

Tighten the screws (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Tailgate button
Screw with spring washer and washer M6x20	tightening torque	8 Nm

Connect connectors (1) and lock.
