Installing the throttle body

Replace sealing ring (1).
Parts: Sealing ring
Insert and install the sealing ring (1) on the intake plenum (2).

Replace sealing ring (1).

Insert and install the new sealing ring (1) on the throttle body.

Insert the throttle body (2) in the direction of the arrow at the throttle valve (3) and install.
Ensure that the locks (1) engage audibly.

Insert and install the throttle valve.
Tighten the screws (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Throttle body to intake plenum
6x50	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Connect the engine ventilation line (1).
The engine ventilation line (1) must engage audibly.
Check seal (1) for damage and replace seal (1) as needed.

Replacing the damaged seal

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Use of sharp or pointy tools for installation or removal is prohibited.

Remove damaged seal.
Clean the gasket groove (1) with a dry cloth.
The gasket groove (1) must be clean.

Replace gasket.
Parts: Gasket
Install the seal dry without lubricant or mounting agent.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Incorrect assembly is possible. Ensure correct installation position.

Thread in seal and install.
Make sure that the seal is installed correctly in the gasket groove (1).
Make sure that the sealing lip (2) is directed to the inside as shown.

Detach the locks (1) in the direction of the arrow from the brackets.

Connect and lock the connector (1) on the charging pressure sensor.
Connect and lock the connector (2) on the throttle valve.
Make sure you can hear the connectors (1) and (2) engage.
Insert and install the pressure pipe (3) on the throttle body.
Make sure the pressure pipe (3) engages audibly.
