Adjusting headlights

- Perform the headlight adjustment with the adjusting screws (1)
and (2)
.
A definite allocation of adjusting screws is not possible.
Adjusting screw (1) is primarily used for the height adjustment.
Adjusting screw (2) is primarily used for the lateral adjustment.
- Adjust the height at the adjusting screw (1) .
- US version:
Set the lateral adjustment only if the plug on the adjusting screw for lateral adjustment is missing or damaged.
If required, remove damaged plug.
- Make the lateral adjustment at the adjusting screw (2) .
- Perform reference run. Switch the headlights off and on again.
- Check the headlight and adjust if necessary.
- US version:
If the lateral adjustment has been checked or corrected: Replace the plug and press it into the adjusting screw without damage
for lateral adjustment.
