NOTE:

Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses.
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.

Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.
- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.
- Guide in and install the engine wiring harness for sensor system 2 (1) .
- Secure all clamps.
- Connect and lock the connector of the temperature sensor at the cylinder head.
- Connect and lock the connector of the hot film air mass meter.
- Connect the connector of the intake camshaft sensor and lock.
- Connect the connector of the exhaust camshaft sensor and lock.
- Connect and lock the connector of the rail pressure sensor.
- Connect and lock the connector of the high pressure pump.
- Connect and lock the connector of the crankcase ventilation system heating element.
- Connect and lock the connector of the electric coolant pump.
The connectors must engage audibly.
- Connect and lock the connector of the Lambda oxygen sensor.
- Connect the connector of the monitoring oxygen sensor and lock.
- Connect and lock the connector for the turbocharger.
- Connect and lock the connector from both solenoid valves of the camshaft adjustment.
- Connect and lock the connector for the tank vent valve.
The connectors must engage audibly.
- Thread in cable duct (1)
and install.
The locks (arrows) must engage audibly.
- Connect and lock all connectors (5) in the direction of the arrow.
- Connect and lock the connector (4)
.
The connectors (4) and (5) must audibly engage.
- Connect and lock the holder (3)
.
The holder (3) must engage audibly.
- Lock the lock (2) .
- Tighten down screw (1) .
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Slide the cover (1) in the direction of the arrow into the guide (2) and install it.
- Lock clamp (3)

The clamp (3) must engage audibly.
