REP-TAT-P-1151-02 Installing coolant pump with support

• Check the fitting sleeves (1) for damage, replace if necessary (1).

NOTE: The sealing surfaces must be free from oils grease and cleaning agents.

• Clean sealing surface (1).

• Replace gasket (1).

  Parts:  Gasket

• Replace O-ring on the heat management module.

  Parts:  O-ring

• Position the coolant pump (2) with support on the fitting sleeves.
• Tighten down screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Coolant pump with function carrier on crankcase
M8 x 35	tightening torque	19 Nm

• Tighten down screws (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

M8 x 35	tightening torque	19 Nm

• Connect vacuum hose (1) and attach to the clamp.
