52 13 526 Removing and installing/replacing left or right seat mechanism

Necessary preliminary work: 

• Remove the BACKREST FRAME 
• Remove the SEAT COVER WITH UPHOLSTERY 

When replacing, remount the following parts depending on the version: 

• MODULE FOR SEAT HEATING
• CONTROL UNIT/MODULE FOR SEAT ADJUSTMENT
• LOWER STRAP
• BACKREST ADJUSTMENT MOTOR
• SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT DRIVE UNIT
• FORWARD/BACK SEAT ADJUSTMENT DRIVE UNIT
• DRIVE UNIT FOR SEAT CUSHION TILT ADJUSTMENT
• Wiring harness to seat mechanism
• FRONT SEAT POSITION SENSOR
• FRONT SEAT SENSOR
• SEAT OCCUPANCY MAT FOR SBE
• ADJUSTER FOR THIGH SUPPORT (MANUAL)
