11 65 310 Removing and installing/replacing blow-off valve (N20)

WARNING:
The module consists of exhaust turbo charger and exhaust manifold.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front right wheel (all-wheel drive vehicle only)
- Remove CLEAN AIR PIPE .
- Drain coolant.
- Remove expansion tank.
- Remove pedestrian protection at bottom (without USA).
- Remove charge air cooler.
- Remove the catalytic converter.
- Drain ENGINE OIL .
- Remove EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER .
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque: 11 65 6AZ
Remove blow-off valve (2).
Installation note:
Clean the threads and sealing surfaces (2).
Assemble engine.
Observe BMW Diagnostics System instruction.
Carry out BMW leak test for intake system.
