65 12 265 Removing and installing/renewing DVD player in rear console

NOTE: Comply with notes and instructions on HANDLING OPTICAL FIBRES .

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Clamp off BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD .
Remove CENTRE ARMREST STORAGE COMPARTMENT .

Unlock plug connections (1) and (2) and disconnect.

Release screws (1).

Remove DVD player (2).

Replacement:

Carry out VEHICLE PROGRAMMING/ENCODING .
