35 31 000 Removing and installing or replacing clutch pedal

Necessary preliminary work:

Remove BEARING SUPPORT

Release screws (1) and disassemble holder for control units (2).

Depending on equipment specification:

Lift out retaining clip (1) and detach over-center helper spring.
Disconnect return spring.

Press out bolt (2).

Press out bolt (3) and remove clutch pedal.

Installation note:

Replace pin.

Check bearing bushes (1) and replace if necessary.

Lightly grease bearing bushes (1).
