52 24 037 Removing and installing/replacing seat frame

Special tools required:

00 9 317

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove REAR SEAT

Unlock plug connection (1) on left and right and disconnect.

Removing seat frame:

Lever out cover welt (1) all around out of the retaining lugs (partially marked with recesses) with special tool 00 9 317
Detach cover tabs in the areas (2) from the plastic hooks
Carefully fold the cover to the top side and pull off the Velcro fastener from the frame
Remove seat frame.

Installation:

Align Velcro fastener and press on.
Lay the cable in the recesses of the upholstery and the frame
Again feed in the welt with special tool 00 9 317
