12 61 588 Removing and installing/renewing engine oil pressure/temperature sensor (N20)

Special tools required: 

Necessary preliminary work: 

WARNING: Risk of burning!
Only perform this repair work on an engine that has cooled down.

Unlock connector (1) and remove.

Release engine oil pressure/temperature sensor (2) with special tool 34 5 160 .

Tightening torque 12 61 1AZ .

NOTE: Add final details to vehicle
Check engine oil level. Top up engine oil if necessary.
