64 11 395 Removing and installing/replacing control panel for rear cabin air conditioning

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove REAR CENTER CONSOLE TRIM

Following operations relate exclusively to replacement.

NOTE: Example graphic on the F01.

Unlock latch mechanisms (1).

Press out control panel of rear passenger compartment A/C system (3) downwards and remove from center console cover.

Installation note:

Catches (1) and (2) must be felt to snap into corresponding guides.

Replacement:

Remount FAN MOTOR
Carry out VEHICLE PROGRAMMING AND ENCODING
