51 37 000 Removing and installing / replacing complete rear left or right power window regulator

WARNING: Danger of injury!
Carry out work on the power window regulator only when the power window motor is de-energized.

Necessary preliminary tasks

Loosen nut (1) with special tool 51 3 300 .

Pull window guide out of window regulator.

Tightening torque 51 35 3AZ .

Loosen nut (2) with special tool 51 0 400 .

Tightening torque 51 35 6AZ .

Open front door and remove dummy plug.

Loosen nut (1) with special tool 51 3 300 .

Tightening torque 51 35 4AZ .

Open rear door and remove dummy plug.

Loosen nut (1) with special tool 51 3 300 .

Tightening torque 51 35 4AZ .

Slacken nut (1).

Tightening torque 51 35 7AZ .

Release screws (3).

Tightening torque 51 35 8AZ .

Release screw (2).

Tightening torque 51 35 9AZ .

Feed out power window regulator (4).

Replacement

Remove FLAT MOTOR FOR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR .
