11 65 165 Removing and Installing/Replacing Blow-Off Valve (N63)

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Follow Diagnosis Instruction.
Remove Exhaust Turbocharger. See RIGHT TURBO (CYLINDERS 1-4) or LEFT TURBO (CYLINDERS 5-8) .

Release Screws (1).

Tightening torque 11 65 9 AZ .

Remove Blow-Off Valve (2).

Check VACUUM CONNECTIONS for Correct Routing.

Check Vacuum System for LEAKS .

Assemble Engine.
