11 61 068 Removing and Installing/Replacing Right Intake Plenum (N63O1)

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove The Engine with FRONT AXLE .
Remove Right THROTTLE VALVE .

Disconnect Plug Connection (1) At Servomotor for Eccentric Shaft (2).

Unclip Wiring Harness From Clamps (1).

Disconnect Plug Connection (2).

Release Screws (3).

Tightening torque: 13 62 2AZ .

Remove Pressure Sensor (4).

Installation Note:

Replace O-Ring.

Release Screw (1).

Remove Heat Shield (2).

Installation Note:

Pay Attention To Installation Position.

Unscrew Nuts (1).

Tightening torque: 11 61 1 AZ .

Remove Intake Plenum (2).

Installation Note:

Replace All Sealing Rings (1).

Observe Mounting Pin On The Differentiated Air Intake System.

Assemble Engine and Vehicle.

Check Air Intake System for Leaks with Diagnosis System.

DME.
Air Supply.
Charging Pressure Control.
(ATL) Exhaust Turbocharger Procedure.
