11 61 362 Removing and installing/replacing right charge-air duct (N55 Hybrid)

High-voltage hazard!

The following must be strictly observed prior to starting work :

Observe SAFETY INFORMATION for handling hybrid cars.

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove front UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
Remove FAN COWL .

Release lock (1) of charge air duct.

Pull charge air duct (2) off of exhaust turbocharger.

Release lock (1) of charge air duct.

Detach charge air duct (2) from charge air cooler.

Feed out charge air duct (2) towards bottom.

Assemble engine.

Check DME control unit (exhaust turbocharger) for correct operation.
