11 12 112 Replacing both cylinder head gaskets (S63)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove left CYLINDER HEAD .
Remove right CYLINDER HEAD .

Installation note:

Check spacer bushes (1) for damage and replace if applicable.

The cylinder head gasket (2) for cylinders 1-4 and cylinders 5-8 are identical.

Cylinder head gasket (2) must depending on its styling be correctly positioned on the timing chain case.

Repair gasket (+REP) is 0.3 mm thicker.

Check CYLINDER HEAD for surface evenness.

Assemble engine.
