Condition for fault memory entry

If the fault exists longer than 200 crankshaft revolutions

or:

If the fault exists longer than 4000 crankshaft revolutions following the first 1000 crankshaft revolutions

or:

If the fault continues to exist longer than 1000 crankshaft revolutions after startup.

it will be logged.
