Fault description

During the throttle return spring check, diagnosis monitors whether the de-energized throttle valve moves back into the emergency running position within the specified time.

Fault monitoring conditions:

The fault is detect if the throttle valve does not move back to a position over 7.4% within 560 ms when it is de-energized.
