63 99 315 Replacing light bulb(s) for left or right rear light

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove SOCKET HOUSING FOR REAR LIGHT

Bulb holder W16:

Turn faulty bulb (1) in direction of arrow and remove from socket housing (2).

Installation note:

Note BULB TYPE .

Bulb holder H21:

Twist faulty bulb (1) in direction of arrow and remove from socket housing (2).

Installation note:

IMPORTANT: incorrect installation possible.

Make sure the bulb wiring is correctly positioned in relation to the bulb holder metal insert.

Note BULB TYPE .
