51 13 435 Removing and installing/replacing additional brake light, rear lid cover

Special tools required:

00 9 317

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove REAR LID TRIM

Unscrew nuts (1).

Tightening torque 51 13 8AZ .

Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.

Raise and unclip additional brake light (1) with special tool 00 9 317 .

Remove additional brake light (1).

Replacement:

Subsequent operation described in REMOVING ADDITIONAL BRAKE LIGHT .
