51 64 040 Removing and installing/replacing front bumper mounting

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove BUMPER TRIM
Remove intake duct on intake silencer housing. See REPLACING INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING (N20) or REPLACING THE INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING (N54) .

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 11 2AZ .

V-support (2) remains on vehicle.

Remove bumper mounting (2).
