Fault description

Diagnosis monitors the presence of signals from the intake camshaft sensor 2.

The fault is detected when no signals are received from the intake camshaft sensor 2 although other signals indicate that the engine is running.

Possible fault cause:

• Wiring harness defective
• Intake camshaft sensor 2 defective
• Air gap too large
