  1. 0. Was cooling caused by external influences (driving into pile of snow, sensor iced up?) Thaw out sensor, clear fault code memory, continue vehicle operation!
  1. Check sensor heating: Contact resistance at connectors and in cable too high (DME - wiring harness - sensor)
  2. Check cable
  3. Check sensor connector (water or corrosion in connector? Unplug connector and FIRMLY reconnect several times).
  4. If necessary, replace connector and/or cable
  5. Replace corresponding oxygen sensor after catalytic converter
